About the Role

Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Native Hindi speakers are preferred. The candidate should be customer-focused, confident, patient, and capable of handling customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Collect and maintain customer feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare basic customer service reports when required.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
- Native Hindi speakers will be given preference.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, customer support, or client handling is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

- Experience in e-commerce or online customer support.
