Job Description

We are a healthcare consultancy offering admissions, placements, healthcare registration, HR services and digital learning solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build partnerships with employers and institutions, and drive client acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Promote Learn Hub, our digital learning platform for employee training and professional development, along with its seminars and CPD programmes, to organisations and potential candidates
- Engage healthcare employers to generate recruitment requirements and placement opportunities
- Develop business opportunities for HR outsourcing and recruitment services
- Promote healthcare registration services to professionals, candidates and partner institutions
- Build partnerships with nursing, paramedical and allied health colleges for admissions and placement drives
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, social media and field visits
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, follow up,



and take opportunities through to closure
- Track leads and conversions, and provide regular updates

Requirements

- 2+ years in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Academic counselling ,Client Relations or Recruitment
- Experience in, or interest in, the healthcare, education or recruitment sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Tele calling or sales experience preferred
- Degree in Business, Management or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
