Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to join our Head Office at Nagpur, MH. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Building construction, with proven experience in planning, scheduling, billing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills as per actual site measurements.
- Take and verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity calculations, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
- Verify work quantities with approved drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with the site, execution, planning, and accounts teams for billing-related requirements.
- Check subcontractor bills, work orders, and supporting documents before submission.
- Track work progress and billed quantities against the project BOQ.
- Maintain records of extra items,



deviation items, and variation orders.
- Prepare reconciliation of major materials such as cement, steel, and other construction materials.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills for certification and payment.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills, approvals, and supporting records.
- Assist in cost monitoring and project budget control.

Candidate Profile:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 14 years of experience in planning & billing roles.

Mandatory experience in High rise Building construction projects.

Proficient in MS Excel & AutoCAD, ERP.
