Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to manage the complete accounting and finance operations of a growing glassware import, wholesale and retail business.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliation, receivables, payables and MIS reporting. Experience in import, trading or wholesale business will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and bank entries.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliation.
- Monitor customer outstanding and collection follow-ups.
- Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
- Prepare receivable and payable ageing reports.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance coordination.
- Manage accounting for import purchases and related expenses.
- Track customs duty, freight, insurance and other import-related costs.
- Support landed-cost calculation for imported products.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial transactions.
- Support monthly closing and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and consultants.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Management teams.




- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Import / Trading / Wholesale / Retail business preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting practices.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good understanding of reconciliation and outstanding management.
- Import accounting experience will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, honest and result-oriented.
