A Validation cum Installation Engineer - bike mandatory BE mechanical

Only installs, configures, and tests hardware, software, or manufacturing systems to ensure they meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Deployment: Set up equipment, machinery, or software systems on-site or in client facilities according to technical blueprints and design specifications.
- Protocol Execution: Develop and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.
- System Validation: Test functional performance, analyze data integrity, and verify that systems operate reliably under real-world conditions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Prepare Validation Master Plans (VMPs), User Requirement Specifications (URS), and final compliance reports aligned with industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify hardware or software faults during installation or testing,



diagnose root causes, and apply corrective actions.
- Client Handover & Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients for smooth project handover, training, and post-installation support.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with equipment calibration, system integration, and diagnostic tools.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or specific industry safety codes.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication for client interactions, and attention to detail for precise documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
