Responsible for maintaining Ocean Freight Data Quality in the region and to ensure process compliance. Avoid impact due data quality issues, revenue leakages, support smooth FICO closure and actualization of Cost both local and network.
Accountabilities:
- Generate OFR quality report regularly and provide quality inputs to Product Managers (Exports, Imports and OFR Managers) for improvement.
- Generate OFR performance report and identify areas of improvement to address with appropriate Product Managers.
- Regularly monitor commercials at file level through reports to avoid impact on OFR P&L; due data quality issues.
- Ensure compliance of OFR and FICO guidelines on file management
- Identify key areas of improvement pertaining to Data quality and provide inputs to Product Manager for bringing desired improvement.
- Supporting smooth cost actualization process.
- Closure of Network open issues.
- Regular meeting with Regional FICO team to have better understanding of each others requirement and to streamline process.
- Meeting with OFR, respective product managers to improve data quality consistently.
- Provide inputs on quality measures to OFR Manager and support implementation of the same to achieve Operational excellence.
- Should be instrumental in ensuring high level of data quality and KPI achievement of the region.
- Any Other responsibility designated by the Regional OFR Manager.

Years of experience (Minimum): 3-5 years relevant industry experience
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
