Job Title: Area Sales Executive/Manager

We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Area Sales Executive / Manager (ASM) to lead our sales operations and expand our footprint in the premium food and FMCG segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a multi-channel distribution network, and leading a high-performing field sales team within the assigned territory. You will oversee the sales of our entire range of premium dry fruits, nuts, berries, and value-added healthy snacks.Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Sales Strategy: Drive primary and secondary sales volume across diverse retail channels, including General Trade (Mandi/Wholesale hubs), Modern Trade (Supermarkets), e-Commerce fulfillment, and Institutional/Corporate gifting segments.
- Distribution Network Expansion: Appoint, manage, and evaluate regional distributors, super-stockists, and wholesalers. Ensure healthy distributor ROI, optimal inventory levels, and timely stock replenishment to minimize product expiration or storage damage.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and track the daily performance of Territory Sales In-Charges (TSIs) and sales executives. Design daily route plans (Beat plans) to maximize retail outlet coverage and productivity.
- Market Penetration & B2B Relations: Build deep relationships with key buyers, commodity traders,



and purchase managers. Identify unrepresented market segments and white spaces to launch recent product lines (e.g., flavored nuts, organic variants, festive packs).
- Merchandising & Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade schemes, consumer promotions, and localized marketing campaigns. Ensure high visibility of products on retail shelves through effective POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track volatile commodity pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and supply chain disruptions, feeding actionable insights back to senior leadership.

Required Profile / Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of core FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Direct experience in the Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices, or Premium Confectionery industry is a major advantage.
- Network: Proven track record of handling distribution networks and established relationships with General Trade / Mandi merchants within the local territory.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills for trend forecasting, excellent negotiation capabilities for corporate closures, and proficiency in FMCG sales tracking tools / CRM software.
- Travel: High willingness to travel extensively across the designated area for market audits and client acquisition.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
