Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through lead generation, consultant partnerships, strategic collaborations, marketing initiatives, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build relationships with professional consultants across various industries.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, professional networks, direct outreach, and social media.
- Explore new industrial areas and sectors for potential business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with machinery manufacturers and other relevant businesses.
- Support influencer marketing and other marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Promote financial services, project loans, government subsidy solutions,



and related business services.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific forums for lead generation.
- Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve business targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and business development tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Additional Information

- Team travel across India may be required for EXPOs 2–3 times a year; travel schedule is not fixed.
- 2-year commitment is required.
- As per company policy, 1 month's salary deposit / 10% monthly deduction until completion of the first year applies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
