Job Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors and surgeons during OT procedures.
- Prepare the operation theatre, instruments and equipment.
- Maintain OT protocols and hygiene.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of surgical instruments.
- Monitor and maintain patient safety during procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and other nursing staff.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant OT experience.
- Valuable knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
