Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling collection-related activities, customer follow-ups and achieving assigned recovery targets as per company and client processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding pending dues and payment obligations.
- Follow up with customers through calls and field visits as assigned.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment-related information professionally.
- Encourage customers to make timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Update collection status and submit daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader.
- Follow company policies, client guidelines and collection procedures.
- Maintain skilled behaviour while dealing with customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and client information.
Salary & Incentives
- Basic Salary: ₹13,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: Additional bonus based on attendance criteria.
- Transportation Allowance: Provided as per company policy/eligibility.
- Performance Bonus: Additional incentive based on collection performance and achievement of assigned targets.
- Total earning potential: Fixed salary + applicable allowances and performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction and field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work in a field-based collection role.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred, if required for field visits.
