Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Chakan, Pune Division. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, execution, and resource allocation to meet delivery and quality targets. The role involves monitoring production performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Plant Head will manage budgets, optimize costs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain efficient utilization of machinery, materials, and workforce. Daily activities include supervising plant staff, reviewing operational reports, resolving production issues,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Robust expertise in plant operations, quality and overall production management with previous stamping and press metal industry experience is preferred.

Experience with IATF and ISO requirements and audits, end to end project life-cycle management

Proficiency in production planning and scheduling to optimize capacity, resources, and on-time delivery.

Solid knowledge of quality control practices, standards, and systems within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with audit and audit preparation, budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for plant operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing KPIs, and implement lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
