HCM Services SME,HCM/Payroll offshore Support

The Offshore Payroll SME will serve as a key contributor to the HCM/Payroll workstream, supporting both pre-implementation design activities and Oracle Payroll configuration throughout the project lifecycle. This resource will act as a functional payroll expert and configuration lead, partnering closely with payroll leadership to design, configure, test, and validate Oracle Payroll solutions while providing additional bandwidth across payroll implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Oracle Payroll configuration activities, including payroll structures, pay plans, pay groups, pay codes, payroll calendars, payroll assignments, and payroll relationships.
- Support payroll pre-implementation design workshops and alignment sessions, documenting requirements and helping establish future-state payroll processes and configuration workbooks.
- Perform payroll-related mapping and analysis activities, including UKG-to-Oracle payroll mapping, pay code mapping, pay element rationalization, and validation of payroll impacts resulting from retrofit or design changes.
- Develop and maintain payroll functional design documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and payroll-related implementation artifacts.
- Collaborate with conversion and integration teams to ensure payroll design decisions are accurately reflected in conversion mappings, integrations, and technical requirements.




- Support payroll-related Key Design Decisions (KDDs), issue resolution, and overall design consistency across the implementation.
- Develop payroll test strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts, and participate in testing cycles, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and payroll validation activities.
- Support testing, defect triage, break-fix activities, and solution validation throughout implementation and deployment phases.
- Contribute to planning activities for payroll parallel testing and payroll readiness efforts.
- Serve as a secondary payroll lead ("2-in-the-box" support model), providing flexibility to assist with broader payroll workstream responsibilities as project needs evolve.

Qualifications:

- Deep functional and configuration experience with Oracle Payroll.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementations, including at least one U.S. payroll deployment preferred.
- Solid knowledge of payroll setup, configuration, testing, payroll processes, and payroll integrations/conversions.
- Experience developing functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with functional, technical, conversion, integration, and testing teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
