Job DescriptionAbout the Role

Fluenfa Pvt Ltd is looking for a SEO Executive to help grow our organic search visibility, website traffic and lead generation across our education and professional learning businesses.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Content SEO and Google Search Console. You will work closely with our content, marketing and website teams to improve search rankings and generate meaningful organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform competitor research and analyse their SEO strategies.
- Implement on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and content optimization.
- Work on off-page SEO and quality link-building activities.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical and content-related issues.
- Monitor website indexing, crawlability, sitemaps, robots.txt and basic technical SEO.
- Optimise existing website pages and blog content for search visibility.
- Develop SEO content briefs and coordinate with the content team.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4 to analyse website performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic leads and conversions.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.




- Work on SEO for multiple education categories, websites and landing pages as the business grows.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience preferred.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Understanding of internal linking, backlinks and content optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned SEO activities.

Good to Have

- Experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with education, EdTech or service-based websites.
- Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals.
- Experience generating organic leads through SEO.
