Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can take ownership of sales, client acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, experience in B2B/B2C sales, and the ability to confidently conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B and B2C clients.
- Promote and sell GETWAY AI's technology solutions, including:
- AI-Powered CRM
- AI Voice Calling Agents
- CPaaS Solutions
- Digital Marketing
- Web & Software Development
- AI Websites & Sales Funnels
- Conduct product demonstrations, client presentations, and business meetings.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through effective follow-ups and closing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide basic product guidance and support to clients.
- Drive renewals, subscriptions, upselling, and recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Represent GETWAY AI at business meetings, events, and networking forums.

Partner & Channel Development





The candidate will also have opportunities to develop GETWAY AI's partner ecosystem, including:

- Resellers
- Channel Partners
- Affiliate Partners
- Distributors
- Franchise Partners

Responsibilities include partner onboarding, relationship management, explaining business models and earning opportunities, and supporting partners in sales and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in IT Sales, SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, Software, Technology, B2B or B2C Sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong spoken English and professional communication.
- Confident presentation and client-handling skills.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand new digital products and tools.
- Strong ownership, discipline, and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced business environment.
