PGK Wealth is our mutual fund distribution and financial planning practice, working as a "Family CFO" for business owners and families - helping them with SIPs, mutual fund investments and long-term wealth planning.

We are looking for an experienced, confident Telecaller who will be the first voice our clients hear - for both the CA firm and PGK Wealth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads from ads, referrals and databases for CA services (ITR, GST, company registration, accounting) and PGK Wealth (mutual funds, SIP, financial planning)
- Handle inbound enquiries and explain our services clearly
- Qualify leads and book appointments/meetings for the CA and wealth teams
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients for documents, renewals and pending payments
- Maintain call logs and update lead status daily in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
- Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a telecaller / tele-sales / customer support executive (financial services, CA firm, insurance, mutual funds or banking experience preferred)
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Explicit, confident and polite telephone communication
- Basic computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email
- Graduate preferred




- Candidates residing in the western suburbs of Mumbai between Dahisar West and Vile Parle West will be preferred
- Must be comfortable commuting daily to our office in Andheri West

Job Details

- Job type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Crystal Plaza, Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai (work from office)
- Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month, based on experience
