Event Executive – Art Gallery & Events

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Event Executive to support the planning, promotion, and execution of art exhibitions, workshops, pop-ups, and other creative events.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with outreach, and capable of independently handling multiple event-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote upcoming exhibitions, workshops, and events across relevant platforms and communities.

- Reach out to and coordinate with artists, photographers, brands, creators, colleges, and potential participants.

- Generate relevant leads and bring participants/visitors for events.

- Handle artist and participant inquiries and follow-ups.

- Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.

- Create and coordinate promotional content, posters, Google Forms, and event listings.

- Coordinate with vendors, collaborators, and event partners when required.





- Maintain event-related communication and follow-ups.

- Support the day-to-day operations of the art gallery and event space.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

- Ability to network and build relevant contacts.

- Good organisational and follow-up skills.

- Interest in art, events, design, culture, or creative industries.

- Basic knowledge of social media and promotional platforms.

- Freshers with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.

Someone who is proactive, confident, resourceful, creative, and comfortable working independently. The role requires someone who can actively bring opportunities, participants, and collaborations rather than only handle administrative tasks.

Compensation: To be discussed based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
