ICE Aero is looking for an experienced retired Finance/Accounts professional to provide financial guidance and advisory support to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review accounts, financial statements, and cash flow.
- Advise on budgeting, taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance.
- Support cost control and financial planning.
- Identify financial risks and suggest improvements.
- Guide and mentor the existing Accounts/Finance team.

Skills & Requirements:

- Retired CFO, Finance Head, Accounts Head, CA, or senior finance professional preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial management, and compliance.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business understanding and financial decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide practical financial advice to management.
- Comfortable working with a team and mentoring finance staff.
- Must be comfortable coming to the office 2–3 days per week.
- Candidates living in Ghaziabad or nearby areas preferred.
