- Responsible for overall site execution and supervision of interior works.
- Understand and implement approved designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise various interior works including carpentry, civil works, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, aluminium, and other finishing works.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and materials as per approved standards and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification for executed works.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, storage, and wastage.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site manpower.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain proper site records, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material utilization, and productivity.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid site clashes and rework.
- Ensure compliance with site safety, housekeeping, and project procedures.
- Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed time, quality, and budget requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
