We are seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to manage daily production planning and control (PPC). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, minimizing machine downtime, and maintaining a steady output from our CNC/VMC machining shop floor.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and execute daily production targets for CNC lathes/ VMC related machinery.
- Allocate shift tasks to operators and track hourly/daily production output.
- Monitor cycle times and ensure raw materials are staged and ready to prevent machine idling.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Quality Control and Inventory departments to maintain a continuous workflow.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift handover reports, and basic shop floor attendance.
Candidate Requirements: * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (ITI candidates with strong supervisory experience may apply).
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or machine shop workplace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle daily shop floor dynamics efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for updating production records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
