Our products have served more than three lakh families through our D2C platform and marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart. We are scaling our paid social efforts to drive efficient customer acquisition and sustainable D2C growth.

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, run and scale B-Arm’s paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The role focuses on driving profitable growth through full-funnel campaigns, creative testing and data-driven optimization. We want a sales-driven performance marketer who can turn ad spend into high sales volumes at a low ACoS / CPA.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across the full funnel, within approved budgets.

Build and manage audiences, including custom, lookalike, retargeting and Advantage+ campaigns.

Manage bidding, placements, budgets and campaign structure to improve ROAS and lower acquisition costs.

Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages with the content and design teams.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) and GA4; coordinate fixes with the tech team.

Ensure all ads and landing pages follow Meta policies and approved healthcare product claims.





Track competitor ads and industry trends using Meta Ad Library and other tools. Track spend, sales and campaign performance daily; share weekly and monthly reports with clear optimization recommendations.

Required Experience and Skills

Hands-on Meta Ads experience, with a mandatory background in e-commerce or salesfocused campaigns. D2C or healthcare brand experience is a plus.

Must have: independently managed high monthly Meta ad budgets, with a proven record of scaling sales and revenue profitably at a low ACoS / CPA.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, Meta Ad Library and Advantage+ campaigns.

Hands-on experience with bid strategies (lowest cost, cost cap, ROAS goal), CBO vs ABO, the learning phase and budget scaling.

Good understanding of audience targeting and full-funnel strategy for cold, warm and hot audiences.

Strong creative sense: writing hooks, testing formats (Reels, Stories, carousel, UGC) and briefing designers.

Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), UTM tracking, attribution windows and the impact of iOS privacy changes.

Ability to analyze ROAS, ACoS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency and conversion rate using Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Transparent understanding of Meta’s ad policies for health, pregnancy and personal-care products.

Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have: experience with Google Ads or marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart).

Key Success Metrics

Grow website purchases and revenue from Meta Ads against monthly targets.

Achieve target ROAS and keep ACoS / CPA low across campaigns.

Lower customer acquisition cost (CAC) over time through testing and optimization.

Improve CTR and conversion rates through better creatives and landing pages.

Deliver accurate, timely performance reporting.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
