Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Core DBA with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration. The candidate will be responsible for database administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, performance management, high availability, upgrades, migrations, and production support in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Own day-to-day and complex administration of Oracle 19c databases across production and non-production.

· Lead or moderate client technical calls — incident updates, maintenance windows, risk, and next actions.
· Prepare implementation plans and participate in change/CAB discussions for database changes.
· Manage capacity and space at database level; flag storage, FRA, and performance risks early.
· Work with application, infrastructure, and development teams on releases, performance,
and environment issues.

· Keep runbooks, RCA notes, and operational documentation current.
