About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the Building & Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing, and preparation of accurate project estimates and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and detailed costing.
- Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings for estimation purposes.
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project, billing, procurement, and technical teams for accurate estimation.
- Obtain and compare material and subcontractor quotations.
- Analyse project specifications, scope of work, and contract requirements.
- Identify quantity variations, material requirements, and cost implications.
- Maintain estimation records, rate databases,



and project costing data.
- Assist in tender evaluation and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure estimates are prepared accurately within the required timelines.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Building & Construction / Civil Construction.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation-related software.
- Knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and subcontractor rates.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in building construction, civil works, infrastructure projects, tendering, estimation, and costing will be preferred.
