Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic “ Sales & Service Engineer” to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a passion for technical support/service.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Service Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, install,



calibrate and repair various types of equipment supplied by company
- Provide technical support, technical training and guidance to clients and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance
- Analyze equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
- Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Visit customer for onsite Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or other technical support.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience as a Sales & Technical Service or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial instruments preferable Transmitters ( Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow), Ignitors, Analysers, Dust Monitors, Flame Scanners or similar products.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
- Excellent active listening and customer service skills
- The ability to remain professional under pressure
