We are looking for a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach / Tutor to train children, beginners, and intermediate-level players. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of badminton techniques, fitness training, and game strategy, along with a patient and encouraging coaching style.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured badminton training sessions based on the player's skill level.
- Teach fundamental badminton techniques, including:
- Forehand and Backhand
- Serves
- Clear
- Drop Shot
- Smash
- Drive
- Net Play
- Footwork and Movement
- Improve players' coordination, agility, speed, stamina, and overall fitness.
- Teach proper grip, stance, balance, and court positioning.
- Develop personalized training plans based on individual goals.
- Conduct practice drills and match-play sessions.
- Teach singles and doubles strategies and tactics.
- Analyze players' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor player progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Teach sportsmanship, discipline, and proper game etiquette.
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment.
- Communicate progress with parents/guardians when coaching children.




- Prepare players for competitions and tournaments when required.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in badminton.
- Previous experience as a Badminton Coach, Trainer, or Player is preferred.
- Good understanding of badminton techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and engaging approach, especially when working with children.
- Ability to train beginners as well as intermediate-level players.
- Relevant badminton coaching certification is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience coaching children and young players.
- Competitive badminton experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of fitness, agility, and conditioning exercises.
- Ability to conduct individual and group training sessions.
- Strong observation and performance-analysis skills.
- Experience preparing players for competitions and tournaments.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
