As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Analyst to drive our organic growth strategy, improve search visibility, and strengthen our online presence across multiple markets.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior SEO Analyst to own and execute the company's organic search strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced SEO skilled who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and leadership capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable SEO strategies, improving website performance, increasing organic traffic, and collaborating closely with content, development, product, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. You will also mentor junior SEO professionals and ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified leads.
- Identify new opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Build and maintain SEO roadmaps with measurable KPIs.

Technical SEO

- Lead technical SEO initiatives to improve website performance and search visibility.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexation,



XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and URL structures.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, page speed, and overall website performance.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.

On-Page SEO

- Optimize landing pages, blog content, and service pages for search intent.
- Improve metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices while maintaining excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing SEO-driven content.

Off-Page SEO

- Develop and manage ethical link-building campaigns.
- Increase domain authority through high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Monitor backlink profiles and maintain website health.
- Identify partnership and outreach opportunities to strengthen organic visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO platforms.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical health.
- Generate regular SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize performance.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives and content specialists.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product teams, and marketing professionals to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every project.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Recommend innovative SEO initiatives to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3* years of hands-on SEO experience*, including experience leading SEO initiatives.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Proven success in improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
