Position: Sales Manager – Pest Control Applications & Services
Location: Ahmedabad Or Gandhidham
Experience: 5+ Years
Preferred Industry: Pest Control/ Security Services/ Facility Sanitation/ Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of pest control applications and services across residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
- Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and provide suitable pest control solutions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and business targets.
- Coordinate with operations/service teams for smooth service execution.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities and identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts and performance updates.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in pest control or related services.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good business development abilities.
- Knowledge of pest control services, safety standards and CRM tools preferred.
