Position: Business Development Executive/Manager (International)

Target Markets: USA, UK, Australia, Canada & Other International Markets

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

What You'll Be Responsible For

Research international markets and identify relevant business opportunities.

Build a strong pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.

Connect with potential clients and develop long-term professional relationships.

Understand business challenges and recommend suitable Digital Marketing and IT solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.

Handle client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.





Work toward assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in International Sales or Business Development.

Mandatory: Previous international sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to identify qualified prospects and convert opportunities into clients.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable results.

Positive understanding of international markets, especially the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.
