Project Leadership and ExecutionImplement EHS policies and procedures at the project site.Conduct daily safety inspections andmonitorworksite compliance with safety standards.Identifypotential hazards and ensure corrective measures are implemented.Strategic Business GrowthContribute to a proactive safety culture to enhance project performance.Promote safety initiatives that align with organizational goals.Support continuous improvement in EHS practices at the project level.Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with site supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with EHS protocols.Communicate safety requirements and corrective actions to project teams.Provide input toEHSManager for incident reporting and resolution.Leadership and Team DevelopmentProvide EHS induction and training to project personnel, contractors, and visitors.Foster awareness of safety procedures and guidelines among theworkforce.Act as a role model for safety practices and promote a culture of teamwork.Assistin mentoring junior EHS staff and contractors on site-specific safety requirements.Compliance and SafetyConduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.Support the investigation of incidents and near misses, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.Verify the use of PPE and adherence to protected work practices.Maintain and update EHS documentation, including checklists, permits, and records.
