We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals in choosing the right career paths, courses, and skill-development programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, along with a robust interest in education and career development.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals regarding career opportunities and suitable courses.

Understand candidates’ career goals, interests, skills, and educational backgrounds.

Recommend appropriate courses and career pathways based on individual requirements.

Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and career guidance discussions.

Explain course details, career opportunities, eligibility, duration, and fee structure.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update student/candidate records.

Handle enquiries and convert suitable prospects into course admissions.

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.





Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams when required.

Stay updated about industry trends, job opportunities, and emerging career fields.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.

Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.

Candidates with experience in career counselling, academic counselling, education sales, admissions, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude may also apply.

Ability to work towards targets and handle follow-ups effectively.
