Position: Mother Teacher
Department: Primary / Pre-Primary
Location: School Campus
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher who can create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for academic development, classroom management, student care, and regular communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities and lessons.
- Teach basic concepts such as English, Mathematics, EVS, General Awareness, Rhymes, and Life Skills.
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and child-centered classroom workplace.
- Take care of students' emotional, social, and personal needs during school hours.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage good manners and positive behavior.
- Monitor students' academic progress and maintain required records.
- Conduct worksheets, activities, assessments, and revision work.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
- Coordinate with other teachers and the academic team for school activities.




- Participate in assemblies, celebrations, competitions, events, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper classroom organization.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduate with NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed. or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
