Store Manager – Nail Story (City Centre 1, Salt Lake)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a relationship-driven Store Manager with robust salon management roots to head our outlet at City Centre 1, Salt Lake. This branch caters to a loyal, trend-conscious neighborhood and college/corporate clientele. The ideal candidate will focus on repeat client retention, local community loyalty, and top-tier technical quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship & Appointment Retention: Build long-term relationships with regular clientele, handle VIP bookings, and oversee reactivation campaigns for past visitors via WhatsApp and calls.
- Service Standards & Hygiene: Supervise technical nail artistry, pedicures, and lash services; ensure strict sterilization standards (autoclaves, disposable kits, clean workstations).
- Staff Coaching & Morale: Manage nail artists and technicians, resolve inter-team bottlenecks, evaluate technical speed vs. quality, and conduct regular morning briefings.
- Target Achievement: Monitor daily sales billing,



track Average Ticket Value (ATV), and motivate the team to achieve weekly/monthly revenue milestones.
- Petty Cash & POS Billing: Oversee daily closing reports, register reconciliations, payment gateway settlements, and vendor coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ years in a supervisory or management capacity within the salon or beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Strong command of salon CRM systems, appointment management, and customer lifecycle retention.
- Deep familiarity with Salt Lake / North-East Kolkata salon customer expectations is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
