Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Intern to gain practical exposure to cybersecurity concepts, tools, and real-world security practices. The intern will work with the technical team and assist in identifying security risks, analyzing vulnerabilities, and understanding basic security monitoring and incident response.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply basic Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking concepts.
- Perform basic Vulnerability Assessment and Security Testing.
- Understand Network Security, Web Security and System Security.
- Work with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, etc.
- Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and preparing security reports.
- Learn basic penetration testing methodologies in authorized environments.
- Monitor and analyze basic security events and logs.
- Understand common attacks such as Phishing, Malware,
SQL Injection, XSS and Brute Force.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects and practical assignments.
- Maintain proper documentation of findings and reports.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computers and networking.
- Interest in Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking.
- Basic understanding of Linux is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
