We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with campaign execution, performance analysis, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics on a daily basis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive utilization of ad spend.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and basic conversion tracking.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with e-commerce/D2C campaigns will be an added advantage.
