Position Overview

We are looking for a Technician – Drone & Production Operations to support drone assembly, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and production activities.

The candidate will work closely with the Engineering, Production, Stores, and Operations teams to ensure drones and related components are assembled, tested, maintained, and delivered as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the assembly and integration of drones and drone components.
- Perform basic electrical, mechanical, and electronic assembly activities.
- Conduct testing and inspection of drone components and systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs of drones and equipment.
- Support installation and integration of motors, ESCs, batteries, wiring, sensors, flight controllers, and other components.
- Follow assembly, testing, and maintenance procedures provided by the Engineering team.
- Maintain proper records of testing, repairs, maintenance, and component usage.
- Coordinate with Stores for the availability and issue of required components.




- Identify defective or damaged components and report them to the concerned team.
- Support Production in meeting daily assembly and testing targets.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, batteries, and drone components.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, especially while handling electrical systems and batteries.
- Support field testing, demonstrations, and deployment activities whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and production area.

Required Qualification

Mandatory:

- ITI / Diploma in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Automobile
- Aeronautical / Aerospace
- Related Technical Trade

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic testing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of wiring, soldering, connectors, motors, batteries, and electrical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings, diagrams, or wiring diagrams.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn drone technology and UAV systems.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Production teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI or Diploma holders with 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
- Candidates with experience in electronics assembly, automobile, robotics, drones, electrical systems, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work in a hands-on technical environment.
- Candidates willing to travel for field testing or drone deployment activities may be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's qualification, technical skills, and relevant experience.
