Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, courteous, and service-oriented F&B; Server to deliver an exceptional dining and beverage experience to members and their guests at a premium private members’ club.

The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality fundamentals, excellent grooming and communication skills, and the ability to provide warm, discreet, and personalized service in a premium member-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve members and guests in a warm, qualified, and attentive manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, beverages, and daily specials.
- Provide recommendations and assist members with menu selections when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of table setup, presentation, and service throughout the member’s experience.
- Monitor tables proactively and respond promptly to member requests.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, service stations, and surrounding areas.
- Follow established service sequences and premium hospitality standards.
- Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies with appropriate attention and communication.
- Ensure bills are presented accurately and assist with payment procedures as required.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality when interacting with members and their guests.




- Support F&B; service during private events, club functions, celebrations, and other special occasions.
- Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.
- Proactively identify member preferences and service requirements and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Ensure a consistent and personalized member experience across all F&B; areas.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant F&B; service experience, preferably from luxury hotels, premium private members’ clubs, fine-dining restaurants, high-end resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polished, courteous, and confident.
- Comfortable interacting with high-profile members and guests.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
- Good knowledge of table service, order taking, POS systems, and basic billing procedures.
- Experience in a member-centric environment will be an advantage.
