We are looking for a skilled Community Mobiliser who is responsible for driving student recruitment, conducting grassroots outreach, and building local networks to attract candidates for the Tech Academy's training programs. The primary goal is to identify, engage, and enroll eligible candidates—especially from target demographics—into technical courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize and counsel prospective learners for TTC Training Academy programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and other educational institutions to support student mobilization.
- Conduct outreach activities, student interactions, counselling sessions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the centre team to support enrolment and batch formation.
- Help maintain optimum batch strength at the centre.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and institutions,



and update mobilization records.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a training institute or educational organization.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with colleges and the centre team.
- Proactive approach with a solid focus on student mobilization and admissions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in student mobilization, field outreach, educational counselling, admissions, or training centre operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
