Position: Site Engineer – Interior Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior project execution at site. The candidate will coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior project execution at site.
- Study and understand 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D designs.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions.
- Coordinate with interior designers, 2D designers, estimation team, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, glass, furniture, and other interior works.
- Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors at site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper work practices.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary approvals from the project team/client.




- Report project delays, quality issues, material requirements, and site concerns to management.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of interior construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D working drawings.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular kitchen, wardrobes, ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior works.
- Good site supervision and team-management skills.
- Strong measurement and technical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in interior project execution or construction site supervision is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential and commercial interior projects will be given preference.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to work at project sites may also apply.
