Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecallers for Sales in our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining credit card offers, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility and offers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Convert leads into successful credit card applications.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow company sales and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in BPO/Telecalling/Credit Card/Banking/Insurance sales is an advantage.
