- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
