We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Interiors & Furniture who can independently manage interior and furniture projects from lead generation and client discussions to project closure and final execution.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in luxury interiors, furniture, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects, along with excellent client-handling, negotiation, project management, and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial client interaction and requirement understanding to final project handover.
- Handle incoming leads, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate with the design team, and effectively convert and close leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to successfully close business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budgets, timelines, and design expectations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and understand 2D drawings, AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, layouts, specifications,



and furniture details.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, material sourcing, production, delivery, and installation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and overall progress.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and committed timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site teams to resolve execution-related issues.
- Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and take timely corrective action.
- Negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure commercial viability and successful project completion.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, quotations, BOQs, work orders, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure effective coordination between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve project and business targets while maintaining profitability and quality standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
