Financial Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and overall financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation and experience in manufacturing or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, corporate tax and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
- Monitor inventory, product costing and cost-control activities.
- Handle banking, treasury and foreign exchange-related matters.
- Support intercompany reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Work with international/foreign parent companies on reporting and financial matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- CA or equivalent qualification – Mandatory
- 8–12 years of finance experience




- Experience in manufacturing or quality-checking industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Corporate Tax and Customs Duties.
- Experience in banking, treasury and working capital management.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle or similar.
- Experience working with multinational or foreign parent companies.
- Solid English communication and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail, compliance and risk management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
