Supervise daily packing, shifting, loading and unloading activities. Ensure finished plastic products are packed properly as per company standards. Allocate workers/helpers for packing and material-shifting activities. Maintain proper manpower planning and shift-wise deployment. Check quantity, quality, labeling and packaging of finished products before dispatch. Ensure products are packed in the correct carton, bag, box or packaging material. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch departments.
