Key Responsibilities:

Handle international travel customer calls.

Assist with bookings, cancellations, modifications and refunds. Resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate customer and booking information.

Meet defined service and quality standards. AA DSD JD

Required Skills:

Strong customer handling and active listening.

Ability to understand international accents.

Travel / airline / hotel knowledge preferred.

Good problem-solving and multitasking skills. AA DSD JD
