PRE-PRIMARY TEACHER – VACANCY

Be Max Kids & Public School is looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-primary students and create a safe, joyful and engaging learning setting.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, rhymes, stories, games and creative learning sessions.
- Follow Montessori-based teaching methods and activities to support children’s overall development.
- Observe and monitor students’ academic, social, emotional and behavioural development.
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Prepare and maintain classroom activities and basic student records.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school management.

Eligibility:





- Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori Diploma is mandatory or highly preferred.
- NTT / ECCE / Early Childhood Education qualification will be an added advantage.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a pre-primary/montessori school will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be patient, caring, creative and enthusiastic while working with young children.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with relevant Montessori qualification may also apply.

Location: Be Max Kids & Public School, Mevaram ,Kollam

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
