Anabond Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Plan manpower and allocate work according to production requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor production processes and machine performance.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.




- Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover details.
- Ensure workers follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: [0–1] years in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets and manage manpower effectively.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic problem-solving tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
