Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Center Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and business performance of our healthcare center. The role involves team management, patient experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists and support staff.
- Drive revenue through patient engagement, prescription conversion, diagnostics and pharmacy services.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient queries, complaints and escalations.
- Monitor inventory, billing, cash handling and compliance.
- Conduct local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.
- Track daily performance, revenue and business KPIs.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Motivate the team and ensure achievement of business targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
