Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide basic information about products/services.
- Make follow-up calls to leads and existing clients.
- Maintain and update lead, client, and sales records.
- Track follow-ups, appointments, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team regarding meetings and requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Follow up with clients for pending requirements and documentation.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate with other departments whenever required.




- Handle basic data entry and maintain Excel sheets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for management.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, Back Office, or Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Mohali.
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Punjabi will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
