About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join Faredoons and support our growing QSR, bakery, outlet, production, and corporate teams.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and day-to-day employee engagement, while working closely with Operations and other business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for outlet, kitchen, production, operations, and corporate positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives for new and existing outlets.
- Track open positions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
- Support joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for employee-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle basic employee grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
- Prepare regular HR and recruitment MIS reports.
Employee & Business Coordination
- Act as an HR point of contact for assigned outlets/departments.
- Maintain regular communication with Outlet Managers, Operations, Kitchen, Production, and Management teams.
- Monitor new-joiner integration and employee concerns.
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR and business teams.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, Bakery, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or high-volume hiring will be preferred.
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR MIS.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel to outlets when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
