We are looking for freshers who have completed a Tally / Tally Prime course and have positive knowledge of MS Excel .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with basic Tally Prime/software-related queries.
- Understand user issues and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain records and customer information using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.
- Follow up on open support queries.
Required Skills
- Freshers are welcome.
- Completed a Tally / Tally Prime course.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
