About Mind Meadow

Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary therapy and developmental care organisation providing specialised developmental, therapeutic, psychological and rehabilitation services for children and individuals through its centres and online services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive paediatric physiotherapy assessments based on the child’s developmental and functional needs.
- Assess gross motor skills, mobility, balance, coordination, posture, muscle tone, strength, flexibility and functional abilities.
- Develop individualised physiotherapy goals and intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions using age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Work with children with developmental and learning-related needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), developmental delays and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Monitor progress regularly and modify intervention plans based on the child’s response and development.
- Maintain accurate session records, progress notes and clinical documentation.
- Prepare assessment/progress reports and complete assigned documentation within the required timelines.
- Provide appropriate parent/guardian guidance and home-based exercise programmes.
- Coordinate with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists,



Psychologists and other professionals as part of Mind Meadow’s multidisciplinary approach.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, training and professional development activities.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Follow all Mind Meadow clinical, attendance, documentation and operational protocols.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements

- BPT/MPT from a recognised institution.
- Relevant professional registration/licensing as applicable.
- Prior hands-on experience working with children is mandatory.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), developmental delays and other neurodevelopmental conditions is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of paediatric development and rehabilitation.
- Ability to conduct functional assessments and develop individualised intervention plans.
- Solid clinical documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional ethics and quality patient care.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
